Nutella Coquito

Nutella Coquito is a flavored version of the classic Puerto Rican Coconut Coquito. This creamy Nutella version is mixed with coconut cream, cinnamon, vanilla extract, as well as almond extract. It's sweet and perfectly balanced.

Ingredients

  • 1 15 oz can of cream of coconut
  • 1 12 oz can of evaporated milk
  • ⅓ - ½ cup nutella chocolate hazelnut spread
  • 2 cups white rum
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon almond extract
  • 2 teaspoons ground cinnamon

Instructions

  • Pour cream of coconut and nutella in a blender and mix well with vanilla extract, almond extract, and cinnamon.
  • Once smooth, add the evaporated milk and white rum. Blend again.
  • Chill in fridge for 2-3 hours before serving.
